Using a Cat Suit climb up the wall just after the second slot to find the stamp. When you reach a mystery box, head toward the left wall and climb it using the Cat Suit.

Additionally, you can wall jump off the pipe, then turn towards the upper portion and perform a mid-air roll. After making your way up the three slowly spinning platforms after the midpoint flag, use a Cat Suit to climb the wall at the top. Here you should see more spinning platforms. Wait so they line up vertically and then use the Cat Suit to climb your way up and grab the stamp. Just before the goal pole you’ll see a platform requiring two characters stand on it to reach the stamp. Easier if playing multiplayer but if on your own grab a Double Cherry power-up earlier in the level.

When you reach a pair of soccer ball bomb launchers with a breakable wall just to the right, kick one into the wall to break it revealing the stamp. Just after the midpoint flag, you’ll see a large wall with a green pipe at the bottom. The final area requires you to find five Key Coins to use the Warp Box. Key Coin #1 is right at the entrance to the Clear Pipes, so get it then dash right dodging the Fuzzies.
After passing the first POW block, you’ll see a Luigi button just ahead. As you probably guessed, you’ll need to be Luigi to hit it. After the first Bullet Bill section, you’ll reach an octagon-shaped platform.
Hit the POW Block with a baseball to destroy the enemies and make the Star easy to grab. Be on the lookout for a row of vertical conveyor belts. With the Cat Power-Up, climb the belt on the far left and then head towards the one on the right. You’ll find the last Green Star suspended over a pit, with the occasional wind gust preventing you from easily grabbing it. Time your jump in such a way that you grab the Star right before there’s a wind gust.
